 The Rose Terrace is very striking in its external appearance.  The beauty in the home lies within its simplicity, its understated elegance.  Rolled iron verandahs, gable facade detailing, the use of window placement combine to give an air of individuality about the Rose Terrace.

   The Rose Terrace is another fine example of B&H Homes design philosophy.  From the moment you enter the formal Entry you know this home is special.  French doors lead to a large formal lounge where through traffic has been avoided.  To the right, a home office or study which recognises the need for close proximity to the Entry.  Strangers need not intrude into the main zones of the home.  To the far left of the Entry, private entrance is gained to the generous proportioned Master Bedroom with Ensuite facilities.

   Entering the Kitchen-Meals area, one can not help but notice the spaciousness and use of natural light through the generous sizing of windows and general layout of the Kitchen.  The Kitchen is ergonomically designed for today's busy lifestyle, and boasts a full length curved island bench, area for Fridge and Freezer, a large walk-in Pantry, full wall of overhead cupboards, and the latest in European appliances.  The Kitchen is certainly the central focus in this family orientated environment.

   The last zone of Rose Terrace is the Bedroom wing.  Ideally suited for the teenager, with independent bathroom facilities, the bedroom wing us accessed via a hallway which accommodates generous storage cupboards.  All bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate a single bed and desks and/or dressing tables.

   Internal access from the Garage via the Family Room gives great security and convenience.  This is now a very important feature in good design of modern homes.

   The Rose Terrace comes fully insulated, ideally suits a northerly aspect and in most instances is built on a raft slab, not only for structural qualities but for its excellent insulation qualities.
